Ray Epps These three questions about Epps destroy the entire Fedsurrection lie

We have the committee saying the interviewed him. We have Epps telling a reporter they interviewed him. We have the committee telling us part of what he told them. We have Epps telling a reporter part of what he told them.

You are free to ignore reality but then you really need to get yourself a tinfoil hat since you are to that point in your refusal to see facts that are in existence.

We have Epps liar... err, lawyer, saying it was an brief interview, not under oath, and that interview was done in closed session with no transcript or other documentation taking place apparently. Given that, it's at this point, more of a suspicious cover-up and lie than the truth. We interviewed him (for all of 5 minutes). Nothing to see here. That's a duplicitous lie if anything like that were the case. Of course, we don't know because the Jan 6 committee has so far refused to make anything public about that interview. They've made everything else they're doing public. They've gone on prime time national television to do it! Yet, when it comes to Epps, they say they interviewed him. Epps says they interviewed him (at least he has through his lawyer). Beyond that, nada, nothing, zip-point-shit. Why is Epps getting this special treatment?

Already did, number of times, none of which you invalidated beyond saying the fact checkers were lying:

No you didn't you did a link drop data dump that didn't answer a single one of my question everyone of which is full of lies and lies of omission, take your mouse and C/P the facts that you think are in those articles because I'm not dissecting and debunking five disinformation articles line by line.

All you have is the lawyerese quote from his informal interview with the Pelosi Select Committee which leaves out the fact that the DHS, JTTF, and military intel aren't law enforcement agencies.

[Once again, for the umpteenth time, he wasn’t arrested cause he never actually set foot inside the Capitol, and before you start, show us where none of those other people didn’t enter the building before you start with the “he said, she said”

I've done that half a dozen times and you ignore it every single fucking time including in this very same post here it as again you lying piece of shit:

Defenders of Ray Epps contend he has not been arrested because he didn't break the law during the Capitol riot, but a woman caught on video standing next to him is facing up to a year in prison for being in a "restricted area" — something Epps was also filmed doing.

Raechel Genco was seen on video standing just feet away from Epps on Jan. 6 as he whispered into the ear of her boyfriend, Ryan Samsel, who promptly led a mob that stormed a police barricade. But unlike Samsel, the 38-year-old Pennsylvania woman simply stood by. And unlike Epps, Genco was not seen a day earlier encouraging a crowd to enter the Capitol illegally.

You haven’t offered anything beyond a one minute twenty seven second video of a MAGA militiaman yelling at people to attack the Capitol, and from this you are implying that he was an FBI agent.

He wasn't just some guy he was the tip of the spear at the first breach point directing his men and he hasn't been arrested and we want to know why especially when others have for far less.

It's so appropriate that the MAGA trumpanzees use that Charlton Heston whatever-it-is. (He obviously died too long ago to actually have that stupid, ugly cap.)

Heston is from the planet of the apes, after all.

You can't incite a riot the day before the riot occurs. Brandenburgh v Ohio says the unlawful acts must be imminent. So you are only proving you are an idiot. You haven't given us any evidence of a statute that Epps violated.

Then explain why the proud boys leader was arrested when he wasn't even in the Capitol on January 6th. The night before clearly falls under the definition of imminent when the unlawful actions that you are calling for are being called for on following day. His calls for people to unlawfully enter the Capitol Building the next day clearly falls under the imminent and likely test of Brandenburg.

If Trump knew that the people he was sending to the Capitol were armed, that could be inciting a riot. Epps talking about entering the Capitol the next day is not incitement.

Calling for peaceful protests is the antithesis of incitement to riot.

So you have seen transcripts of the interviews of over 1000 people by the Jan 6 committee? Care to tell us when or how you saw them?
The Jan 6 has made almost all of it's interviews not public to prevent coordination between witnesses. Hardly a conspiracy.

But please tell us what the interview with the following people included since you are so knowledgeable of every interview but Epps.:
Nancy Cottle
David Shafer,
Shawn Still,
Kathy Berden,
Mayra Rodriguez,
Jewll Powdrell,
Deborah W. Maestas,
Michael J. McDonald,
James DeGraffenreid,
Bill Bachenberg,
Lisa Patton,

So you don't have an answer. Don't worry though several House Republicans care and will be conducting a real January 6th investigation after the election, stay tuned bootlicking faggot.

I fail to see what Epps has to do with Trump organizing a violent insurrection.

Hmm.. Funny thing about that statement by you..
Genco pled guilty to a misdemeanor that she was attempting to disrupt Congress.

By protesting in restricted areas of the Capitol Grounds which is exactly what Epps was doing you dumb fuck.

She wasn't arrested for just being on the grounds. She was part of the group that first pushed through the police line.

So was Epps you stupid fuck she was shoulder to shoulder with him at the time the first breach occurred.

Wow you are one dumb fuck the disorderly conduct was protesting on restricted areas of the Capitol Grounds which is exactly what Ray Epps was doing.

Since Trump did not organize a violent insurrection the answer would be ...nothing. Now Epps help change a peaceful demonstration into a riot. Where a small portion of the protesters rioted under the direction and influence of FBI agitators. The majority of the protesters peacefully protested like Trump asked them to do.

Just curious. You watched none of the House hearings, correct?
