Given that the WHO and a number of countries plus several US States have already done the same, why exactly is this such a “mad” measure? They are just preparing if it does become a problem, and there already is a vaccine, but little of it, again, they are asking for increased vaccine in preparation for the worse

You don't see 60,000 Texans a year moving to California to chase after their high-tech jobs that left the state.

CA has the highest poverty rate in the nation when adjusted for cost of living (Census Bureau).

I'm not attacking CA, just defending other states against hateful attacks by those seeking to denigrate others because they have different political views.
