Ray Epps isn't the only one on camera encouraging people to go into the Capitol to not be arrested. Donald Trump hasn't been arrested. Rudy Giuliani hasn't been arrested. Roger Stone hasn't been arrested.

Ray Epps has testified under oath to the Jan 6 committee. One of the questions he answered was whether he worked for any government agency. Who should we believe? Someone that testified under oath or some conspiracy nutcases on the internet?

Oddly enough Ray Epps is the prominent one on camera encouraging people to go, into the capital on at least two separate days. I have seen none of you alt lefties do anything but run when Ray Epps's name is mentioned. How about you screeching for his arrest? What crime are you suggesting Ray Epps committed? The problem with charging someone with a crime is you have to have three things. An actual statute. A violation of that statute. Evidence to show the statute was violated.

You have evidence of Epps urging people to go to the Capitol a day before they went. What statute do you think that violates?

Actually, he doesn't remain unquestioned. Both the FBI and the Jan 6 committee have questioned Epps. I don't have to rely on a Fed for that info. It is available from other sources if you bothered to look.

Did you watch the video and compare it to charges made to people now sitting in jail awaiting trial? As for inciting a riot, I am not a biologist.

I agree he wasn't the only one urging protesters into the Capitol, but I'd bet he's the only one so publicly visible from video that hasn't been arrested. Claiming Trump and Giuliani did so is nothing but duplicitous lying. It's also a case of trying to deflect using Whataboutism.

Epps never testified under oath to the Jan 6 committee. It's telling that he supposedly testified behind closed doors in a secret session and that no transcript or video of his testimony has ever surfaced. The committee members themselves won't say anything on the subject and speculation he did testify is just that. The only thing they released was a terse, one-time, statement they had interviewed him (informally says Epps's lawyer--ie., not under oath, etc.). It's as if they were saying We interviewed him. Now STFU and go away. Nothing to see here. That is, they are full of shit. Maybe they could convince skeptics by releasing the video and transcripts of Epps's testimony. Until then, it didn't happen.
