Actually, it appears President Biden has authorized efforts in terms of filling up gaps as to protect migrants from taking on perilous efforts to illegally enter the U.S., which is a bit different from tRump and his goons' effort to shut America off from the South of the border who were not in the business of protecting the lives of migrants but destroying them in cages as tRump and his un-American creatures engaging in crimes against humanity, which is something of a inhumane and un-American venture and in the process wasting billions of dollars in that failed over 1,500 mile iron curtain effort. Don't get it twisted:

The Yuma Morelos Dam Project will close four gaps located within an "incomplete border barrier project" near the dam, the Department of Homeland Security said in a news release. In addition to posing "safety and life hazard risks for migrants," the department said the gaps in the wall presented "life and safety" risks to first responders in the area.
Upon taking office, President Joe Biden called for a review of ongoing border wall projects and rescinded the national emergency declaration authorized by his predecessor that allowed."
