Given that the Tibet program has relied on moving a lot of Han in and a lot of Tibetans out I wonder if Hong Kong and Taiwan will get the same treatment. Maybe though they go the opposite way and dont let anyone leave so that they are readily available if the call for collective punishment for misbehavior becomes needed.
