You can't submit hearsay. You can't use opinion. You are limited--extremely limited--to introducing evidence made widely public pre-trial. Even then, what's left is open to discovery, then cross examination. Since the committee cherry picked much of its evidence, that too will almost certainly result in much of it getting tossed during those phases of a trial.
Look, the Jan 6 committee is a political show trial. They don't intend to go to court. Instead, they hope to persuade the public to turn against Trump. I really don't think it's working. If anything, Trump is his own worst enemy and the Jan 6 committee only strengthens Trump's base to support him while doing little or nothing to dissuade anyone else of their opinion of Trump, negative or positive.
