Levin is wrong. Testimony is testimony - and it's damning for Trump. I really don't see how anyone can still defend this anti-American, anti-Constitution dictator wanna-be. Is hearsay valid testimony? Is opinion valid testimony? How valid is cherry picked testimony? Is testimony taken without cross examination worthwhile?

You have to take the totality of a given witness's testimony. In some of them, there WAS hearsay and opinion - but in all of them, there were mostly factual & direct accounts.

Trump loyalists focus almost entirely on the hearsay aspects, which were minimal. It's their only way to invalidate what was recounted.

Regardless, I'm not sure what point you could make w/ that. The verifiable truth that came out of the hearings is absolutely damning for Trump. And Americans noticed.

Was there any cross-examination of any of the witnesses, submitted documents, or testimony?

Did anyone other than the committee members get to present witnesses, documents, or other testimony?

I did watch a few minutes of it. But essentially you are correct. However, the questions I'm asking don't require me to have watched it and should be easy to answer if you did.

It would have never happened if he didn't make the claim about a stolen election. It was a direct result of his attempt to steal the election. Trying to stop the transfer of power is a direct violation of his oath to uphold the Constitution.

All brainhwashed trash by someone you want to believe and follow despite his lies. Some personalities are attracted to conspiracy theories (possibly an excess of dopamine in brain). If you notice our JPP posters who believe in conspiracy theories believe them all. There is no evidence of a deep state, voter fraud, etc. but they believe in them anyway.
