Cool little dudes


Pound and found puppies for me


One I got at the pound

He’s a Merle cattle dog mix

He’s like 80-90lbs


One I got at the pound while picking up the we’re cattle dog


People found her on the street as a puppy and we’re about to turn her over


I told them I would take her because they didn’t have time to stand in line


She is a tri color Australian Shepard mix


She was about 3 months and the cattle dog was about 7 months at the time


They instantly LOVED Each other

She is about 70lbs

They are now like tenish

The third is a little brown dog I found about 13 years ago and gave to my sons girlfriends family


They had him for years until the parents divorced and she moved in with us


Now he’s mine too


He’s looks like the dogs in the Philippines that they hunt and eat


Like a 50lb or so version of a Rhodesian ridge back


Funny thing is half my daughter-in-law’s family is from the Philippines



The beautiful boy in my pic was a Bernese mountain dog/border collie


100lbs of long tall lean border collie body with a berner head

Found him at the pound in flagstaff Arizona as a 8 week old puppy who had already had two owners before he was surrendered


Taken from his mom way too early


Drove two hours to pick him up


Oh my god was he gorgeous


He’s gone now


The earth shook and the sky lit on fire the day he died literally


It was forth of July in 2019


We had an earthquake and massive fireworks everywhere here


I still tear up for my big boy

Heaven has a special place for dog lovers.
 
All of my dogs have been rescues except the current one (avatar) which was purchased for big bucks from a breeder.

I strongly believe in rescuing dogs and know from experience how much they appreciate it and the love we get for having done it.
Bless dog lovers.

As for the current dog, it's our last one due to our age, and it should outlive us and go to our daughter or son for its final years.

I wanted to get another rescue, but my wife wanted to have a brand-new puppy for once this one last time.

She picked a breed which didn't shed much and thus has to be regularly groomed. $$$
Avatar growls at me more in one day that all the rescued beagles did in their collective lifetimes.
She also licks my face whenever she's not growling at me, however.

I agree. Both of mine are rescues and they are adorable and very low-maintenance and obedient.
Man's (and woman's) best friend!!!

What IS your solution, BTW? Let's say all whites confess racism is 100% their fault. Now what? Racism ends forever? Human nature changes overnight?


Considering that half the population, at any one time, is Below Average, the trend is for the dumbasses to always scapegoat minorities to make themselves feel better. Have you noticed all the White Supremacists on JPP are dumbasses or insane? Mostly dumbasses. The older ones are clearly going insane.
