Yet another attempt by a left twit (in this case Moon) thinking the kiddie pool is safe. Bringing the censored thread out into open discussion.

The OP:

What’s behind the heatwaves impacting the United States?
Millions of Americans are under heat warnings as the nation braces for record-breaking temperatures and dangerous heat.

Climate change caused by the burning of fossil fuels is a global phenomenon that is certainly playing a role in what the US is experiencing, scientists say

Virtually all of the United States has experienced above-normal temperatures in the past week. More dangerously hot weather is in the forecast this week.

More than 85 million Americans are under excessive heat warnings or heat advisories issued by the National Weather Service. Excessive heat, severe storms and flooding are all expected this week.

What's behind the heatwaves ? Fossil fuel burning, obviously- but also the LIES planned by corporations to nurture Climate Denial;

As I've already stated numerous times:
* climate cannot change
* there is no such thing as a global climate
* climate has no temperature
* heat waves are a normal part of the summer season.
* storms and flooding are just part of normal weather.

Corporations do not control the weather. Corporations did not create the 1st or 2nd laws of thermodynamics which Moon is ignoring, or the Stefan-Boltzmann law which Moon is ignoring.

'Climate Denier' is just a code word in the Church of Global Warming for 'Satan', 'Destroyer of Worlds', 'murderer', ...well, you get the idea.

Hehasneverlearned! has delusions of knowing anything. Weather doesn't change climate unless you mean, "Gee, it's hot today". Climate changes weather. Natural forces like solar and volcanic energy affect climate but the science says human forces since the onset of the Industrial Revolution have been the primary ones. The fact that both natural and human made forces have impacted climate, and more political capital being in one than the other, is why the debate over them is ongoing.

Weird. Now here is someone trying to claim climate can somehow change the weather. This is just before claiming something to be 'sCiEnCe', without ever stating any theory of science. He then goes on to describe vague 'forces' (a favorite Holy Word in the Church of Global Warming). Obviously he doesn't even know what 'climate' or 'weather' actually mean.

Oh big deal. There's the HAARP project, too. Still inconsequential when it comes to worldwide weather.

Btw, cloud seeding releases CO2 into the atmosphere. That's kind of a gimme.

HAARP is currently shut down and has been since 2013. It is currently owned by the University of Alaska.
Cloud seeding does not use CO2 or release CO2. Cloud seeding is done by spreading silver iodide crystals into potential clouds. So far it has not been determined if cloud seeding is effective at all.

Let's not attempt to save the planet with new ideas in engineering, our leaders cant even do pandemics anymore!

Even the Japanese cant do nuclear power anymore, and the Germans dont trust that they can....I mean please!

Here in Phoenix the weather's the usual. The only thing I notice is that the urban heat island effect is increasing due to increased urbanization.

Just an example of humans affecting the weather- to contradict your claim.

Incidentally, anybody denying anthropogenic global warming at this point in time really is a candidate for the rubber room.

Here Moon condemns the likes of Sadi Carnot, Julius Robert von Mayer, James Prescott Joule, Benjamin Thompson, Rudolf Clausius, William Rankine, Max Planck, and of course anyone else involved with creating the 1st or 2nd laws of thermodynamics or the Stefan-Boltzmann law, to the rubber room.

I know Moon from way back....this Fuck will never be helping.

Even the Japanese cant do nuclear power anymore, and the Germans dont trust that they can....I mean please!

Japan currently has nine nuclear power plants operating.
Germany found that nuclear power is too costly. They are shutting down the last of the nuclear power plants soon, and going back to coal, which they literally have mountains of.
