The ten year old would not have been raped and would not have needed an abortion, had the illegal not been here...illegally.

Tens of thousands of American victims of illegals would not be dead or raped or robbed or assaulted if Biden's open borders were not open or his sanctuary cities were not protecting illegals (non-citizens).

If the rule of law had been followed the POS would have never been here to rape the child

Wade being overturned, a viral story about a 10-year-old girl in Ohio being raped, impregnated, and unable to obtain an abortion spread like wildfire across the political sphere. Major news networks covered it as truth despite the fact that it was a single-sourced account from an abortion doctor who provided zero corroborating details.

The story was then used as proof of how harmful Republican abortion bans are to the point that even Joe Biden got in on the act. The president used the report to rail against pro-life laws, proclaiming “imagine being that little girl” while asserting that Ohio forces raped children to give birth.

Sure enough, the tale of a 10-year-old denied an abortion in Ohio because of all the baby-loving Jesus-freaks appears to be completely false. That’s no longer supposition, either. Ohio’s attorney general revealed on Monday while speaking to Fox News’ Jesse Watters that there have been no reports of a 10-year-old being raped, including no crime lab results (a rape kit would have been performed).

AG Dave Yost also noted that Ohio’s heartbeat law does not prohibit a minor who was raped from obtaining an abortion. That’s a fact that Democrats, including those in the mainstream media, have steadfastly ignored to this point, instead choosing to speak in generalities about the situation.

Now, some on the left may try to assert that the abortion doctor in Ohio just didn’t report the incident to the authorities. That dog doesn’t hunt, though. Why? Because it is required by law that the rape of a minor be reported to law enforcement if they seek an abortion

This thread is EXACTLY what I mean when I refer to “too much anger” leading to lies and distortions. And both sides do it without any regard to the actual facts.

First, Biden never lied about the rape. His words in the press conference were “Just last week, ”it was reported….”. That’s the truth. It WAS reported. But the right was all over that shit claiming a lie.

Then, when the truth came out, they had to shift gears. Never admitting to their error, they now had to focus on the fact that he was an illegal alien. That it was the Dem’s fault because of their “open border” policy. Despite the fact that he had been here since the Obama Administration, meaning that the Trump Administration also did nothing to deport him.

The fact that the Dem’s DO NOT have an open border policy is also a right wing lie.

The Dem’s are also running loose with the facts on the claim the victim had to flee to Indiana for the abortion. It appears that she was allowed to obtain that it Ohio.

Try to quit lying, if that’s at all possible for all of you.

Abortion for life of the mother are legal in Ohio. Clearly a pregnancy in a 10 year old is a threat to the life of the mother. The girl did not need to leave Ohio to have her pregnancy terminated.

Not really. If the doctor makes a mistake in authorizing it, the doctor goes to prison. Being a pregnant 10 years old is probably not a medical emergency. It would have led to a probable medical emergency, but had not gotten there yet. So the abortion was illegal in Ohio, the doctor was supposed to wait until the child was literally going to die if she did not receive the abortion.

Waiting for a medical emergency to happen means a lot of damage to the girl's health.
