MBS says Saudi Arabia cannot greatly increase oil production

Prince Mohammed bin Salman says Saudi Arabia is almost tapped out on increasing oil production.

The Saudi prince said that they will not have the capacity to produce beyond 13 million barrels per day.

According to the US Energy Information Administration, the country is currently producing approximately 10,211,000 barrels of crude oil per day.

Why should the Araba help a pResident that has promised to put them out of business? Why should Americans be sending more American dollars to arabas instead of sending to Texans, Oklahomans, Alaskans, Louisianans etc. When you send it to Americans that money stays in America and is good for the economy. Why do we have a Alzheimer patient running our country. Oh that is right , because Democrats thought he would be a good leader. NEVER trust Democrat judgement again.

I don't and didn't know or care about making Reagan an exemplar of family values. That's not my criteria in judging a president. Reagan won the cold war and destroyed the Soviet Union. He got Carters economy off it's ass. He ended the Carter malaise and people were once again proud to be American. His peace dividend lasted for decades. I'd call that an extremely successful presidency.

Reagan didn't destroy the Soviet Union. Gorbachev decided what was to happen there independent from Reagan. Most of what Reagan did with the economy was using the nation's credit card. He tripled the national debt.

Gorbachev saw it was happening and Reagan did it. The Soviets were winnings in Afghanistan and if they had won the ussr may not only still exist but would be stronger than ever. Reagan saw to it they lost. That was the first dominoe.

Gorbachev was the moving factor. Reagan was doing what he does best...acting.

He was not a strong president...not at all.

Was Reagan just acting when he gave Afghanistan fighters Stinger missiles? That turned the tide in that war.

No country has ever done well in Afghanistan...and more than likely, no country ever will.

You want to give credit to Reagan for stuff he did not significantly impact.

He was an actor...and played a president.

STINGERS WERE KEY WEAPON IN AFGHAN WAR, ARMY FINDS
By David B. OttawayJuly 5, 1989
A special Army report on the U.S.-made Stinger antiaircraft missile used by Afghan guerrillas against Soviet forces in the Afghanistan civil war has concluded it "changed the nature of combat" and was "the war's decisive weapon." The report says the mujaheddin guerrillas downed 269 aircraft in 340 firings, scoring an average 79 percent hits, an extraordinarily high rate by U.S. standards. "

Indeed.

I'll take the special Army report far ahead of some opinion piece by a yo-yo named Kuperman.

One opinion vs countless military analyses which factor in the big picture. Your revisionist history is typical of the left that needs to change history in order to promote their narrative.

" introduction of the Stinger as a critical juncture.

"We know now that the Russian military decided in aftermath of this that they were leaving," he said, though he acknowledged that many factors led to that decision, including Soviet economic decline, budgetary issues, and political distaste for the campaign at home.

"What really stopped it was the futility on their side," Devine said. "They were only controlling the major towns. They lost most of the countryside."

The Stinger undercut "their air capabilities," he added. "The Stinger changed the course of the war."
