An example of Biden's authoritarian fascism in action

The Left bandies around the term "fascist" a lot these days. They really don't know what it means and use it to describe any sort of authoritarian dictatorship by government or a politician. Well, the Fascists are running the show in the Joke administration. Here's one of the latest examples:

In Weyerhaeuser v. U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, the Supreme Court held that land designated by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service as “critical habitat” under the Endangered Species Act (ESA) must be habitable for the species the Service seeks to protect. But the Service recently jettisoned the rule defining “habitat” that it adopted to comply with Weyerhaeuser. In doing so, it undermined the Supreme Court’s holding in Weyerhaeuser, ignored the Constitution’s separation of powers, and reinstalled a regime of capricious habitat designations.

Biden instructed the Fish and Wildlife Service, in writing to ignore the Supreme Court and do as it damn well pleases--that is as it pleases the radical Leftists in Joke's administration--in designating private property "critical habitat" and effectively taking that property by removing use of it for virtually anything from the owner.

This is part of a much broader agenda by the Joke administration to ignore science and law on environmental issues and start or return to doing what is politically and feelings based popular with the radical Left. It is pure dictatorial authoritarianism and by the Left's own definition, fascist.

This is an opinion article, and opinion articles are not necessarily factual.

The source you are citing is an opinion piece, not an objective article written by professional journalists and vetted by their editors.

You think journalists these days are objective? :

What we know with absolute clarity is that opinion pieces are intended to promote an agenda.

One hundred percent, pure objectivity is outside the bounds of human nature.

But the model of professional and reputable journalistic sources is designed to strive for a measure of fairness and objectivity. Their business model generally doesn't allow rogue journalists to publish anything they want. Any article that gets published in a reputable mainstream source has to be vetted by journalists, their editors, and the publishers. That makes it difficult for one individual person to use a media corporation as a venue to promote their own agenda.

So? That is true of any article published virtually anywhere.

Content is what matters, and paying attention to it is how you sort the bullshit from facts, not by relying on the supposed source to be sound.

I almost never post opinion pieces from Noam Chomsky, Rachel Maddow, or Tom Hartman, nor demand conservatives refute them, because it is universally recognized that opinion articles cannot be trusted to be a fair and reasonably objective rendering of relevant facts, divergent viewpoints, and context.

I read them in the same critical way I did the piece I cited. If I disagree, I post those portions of the article and then my reasons and facts for disagreement. I don't dismiss them simply because they're the scribblings of a radical Socialist academic, lunatic, or Leftist.

Yeah, getting technical over adjectives and nouns as they apply to frogs on some farm in Louisiana is right up there with opening up concentration camps
