The man charged with the rape of a 10-year-old girl in Ohio is a Guatemalan illegal immigrant, an Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) source told Fox News Digital on Wednesday.
The Columbus Dispatch first reported that Gerson Fuentes was arrested after police said he confessed to raping a child on multiple occasions. He has been charged with rape, and the outlet reported that he was possibly in the country illegally.
The source told Fox that Fuentes is a Guatemalan national in the country illegally and that ICE has placed a detainer on Fuentes, which is a request he eventually be handed over to the agency for removal proceedings.

The real issue is that little girl would have never been raped if Obama and Biden had done their jobs and kept her rapist out of the country. And then you libratards made the town he lived in a sanctuary city so he could stay here to rape the little taco...I mean girl. Then her mother failed her and let her rapist ,her mother's boyfriend, have access to her. Ohio has health of the mother as an exception for abortion. A ten year old CLEARLY falls in that category. But her mother tried to hide the rape and went to another state for a medication induced abortion. So the little girl took a little trip to another state. The abortionist tried to hide the identity of the rapist by listing him as a 17 year old or maybe the mother misled her.. The little girl could have received the medication in Ohio because a 10 year old having a baby threatens the health of the 10 year old.
