Panel probing U.S. Capitol attack to hold July 21 prime-time hearing

Mystery because you do not want to learn.

I was one of those liberals who said he'd leave the country if Reagan was elected. After his first term I was his biggest fan. I learned I had been young and naive and Reagan saved America instead of destroying it as I had feared. How did you stay liberal after you lived through the Reagan years? That's the question.

I thought Reagan was a right wing extremist from his time as governor of California. To this day I have the same contempt for that asshole.

I voted for Reagan the first time he ran, Sawyer, and after listening to his first Inaugural Address, I realize what a horrible mistake I had made.

There was nothing about the Reagan years that would make me want to become more conservative...and lots about the Reagan year that made me want to avoid American conservatism as completely as possible.

Truly!

Were you an air traffic controller? LOL
I thrived and prospered under Reagan. Those were great years that led to the peace dividend that led to decades of prosperity in America.

Hello Bellvue.....This is Stone. Listen, we have one of you're escaped nutters over here at JPP. Yeah,...she goes by the name Evince but her alias is Desh. Yep,....a REAL NUT. Did you want us to dart her with an Elk load and get the net on her so we can hold her down till you get here or is that something you can take care of when you get here? Ok,... no problem. Send the paddy wagon, a silence of the lambs standup strap board, and a 4 man team of white coats and we'll keep her on ice for you guys till you get here!

Oh wait,.....Send along a mouth bit too. She a real nasty one,...a screamer with a vile mouth. That way she wont drive ya nuts on the way home listening to that shit.

Some good things happened to America and to the world during the early 80's, Sawyer. We are in agreement about that. I am even willing to say that some of those good things happened because of Reagan. But in my opinion, the result of his administration was a net negative for America and for the world. Reagan set the tempo for what is coming to fruition right now...and that is a major negative.

I am glad you thrived during his time in office. I am delighted I never got to the point where I would feel that things were good simply because I thrived. And morality/decency did not thrive during the Reagan years.

Reagan set what tempo exactly? He ended the Carter economic malaise and made people proud to be American again. The tempo now is woke and anti America sentiment. That's exactly the opposite of Reagan.

You obviously cannot understand.

We will have to agree to disagree.

During his first Inaugural Address, Reagan said, "Government is not part of the solution, it is the problem."

Anyone remotely thinking that has no business being in government, let alone the presidency.
