OK, only ONE article actually references what you talked about and even that is going to fail miserably. It's been almost 2 centuries precedence that interstate travel is a guaranteed constitutional right. why these fucksticks in texas putting this together is beyond anyone, other than the fact that they believe they can. remember that 'believe' thing, which liberals are also prone to do. but, do YOU feel better now that you could use your brainwashed tactics in to calling me a loser? I notice that you don't find it sad that the House had to pass for the protection for pregnant women to freely travel.

Also you don't find it sad that the GQP is doubling on fascism.

it's a solution in search of a problem. It didn't need to be done. it's almost like those in congress don't keep up with the Constitution and court opinions............go figure

what I find sad is that people of both parties like to point fingers at the other for being fascist, all while ignoring their own fascism.

The problem is there as I have already shown you. Even if you're correct, it's symbolic and it makes sure the fascism doesn't progress. We already saw what happened in Germany. All the signs are there.

Democrats are not the ones trying to make women 2nd class, make it hard for black people to vote, make LGBT folks 2nd class, forcing 10 year old rape victims to carry fetuses to term and so on.

yes, gov entities will try to skirt constitutional precedent that they don't like, just like NY state with the Bruen decision. Just like TX with the anti abortion crap. it will hit the district court and abbot will get spanked because he should fucking know better...........interstate travel is a guaranteed right.
