What he's trying to do is discredit all of her testimony by questioning the credibility of this specific part.

He's doing that because he's running cover for Nazis and fascists here on JPP.

That's why he never banned them for regularly violating 12b, but went and changed the 12b rule so he didn't have to.

Because if he banned everyone who technically violated the 12b rule, the only people left here will be me, you, Owl, Dutch, Flash, Cawacko, and the rest of the board lefties.

Her credibility has never been lost, you were just taken for a fool by a grifter because you're just not that bright a person.

If I said "A source close to JPP says Damocles loves Nazis", you would have to accept it as the truth since you did the exact same thing with regard to "a source close to the Secret Service".

Both are hearsay though. Showing an ad from McDonald's is not, saying you saw an ad from McDonald's is. A very good lesson on hearsay would be watching Amber Heard and Johnny Depp's testimony during that trial.

There was a point where Amber's attorney was trying to get her to talk about a medical report they actually entered into evidence and every question she tried was sustained after objection due to hearsay. Instead of presenting the report itself they kept trying to get Amber to talk about it. The report was real, and could have been referenced directly, but instead they kept trying to get Amber to talk about the report...

What did the report say? - Hearsay.
What do you remember it... ' hearsay
Do you remember the report? Yes. (not hearsay) What if anything do you remember it saying? Hearsay... sustained.

It kept going and going....

It is still hearsay if you are repeating what another said. In the example I gave you the report they (Amber's attorneys) had entered into evidence earlier Amber was a participant in the appointment that resulted in the report, but every time they tried to get her to talk about what was on the report it was Hearsay... because it was repeating what someone else said on something instead of testifying.

Let's say there is ketchup on the wall and someone tells her that it was because of tRump. Seeing ketchup is not hearsay, repeating the story even though you participated in the conversation is hearsay.

The way around this for her attorneys would be to have Amber read the report and then ask questions about what she read, but they kept trying to get her to talk about it rather than reference it.
