Not that it really matters, all trump has to do is be found guilty of witness tampering and he can't run. That is a felony and you can't be president after being convicted of a felony.

Nowadays if you are anywhere near 50% that is excellent. you can be doing a great job but one party (roughly 50%) will never admit it. Both George Bush and trump had approval ratings of 34%. just because your approval rating is down doesn't mean people won't vote for you if you are running against an asshole like trump.
