Have you read it? It's basically a pointless directive to create more task forces and reports. It doesn't do much of anything. But, it did give Biden a chance to do another campaign speech and deride the Supreme Court and Republicans.

Essentially Biden said me too. Any state that attempted to stop a citzen from going to another state to obtain an abortion would have immediately been dragged into court. Biden did this for political theater and to further divide America.

Biden EO was political theater, campaigning and attempting to fuel the fire by implying states would or could restrict travel.
