lol.. we were like mid point on the Covid deaths/hospitalzations.
But we didn't go thru more then a 30 day mandatory lockdown - that means we didnt destroy our economy.
Plus we kept kids in school. that right there is heads above other states

Too many damn blue states moving down here though, especaily NY - which is losing population
When i moved here in 1999 (just in time for Bush v Gore) we were at 16 million. now our pop. is 22 million

I keep telling everyone not to come down -the roads are jammed,but they keep coming

DeSantis is simply Trump with less insults on Twitter, and more culture war.

They don't realize the strength and following of DeSantis.

But they will. It will be another shock to the system requiring safe spaces and cuddle puppies.

Wouldn’t seem to make much sense to announce a Presidential run when you have an upcoming reelection battle so he’s saying the right thing to state he isn’t running. But assuming he wins all bets are out the window I’d think

normally that's how it goes..im just wondering if he wants to do it or spend the full term here..he's still young and can run next time, but I would be surprised if he doesnt do a POTUS run now

First off, since DeSantis had the State withhold statistics, and in some cases edit numbers, no one knows for sure Florida’s Covid numbers, and, given Florida had a three month head start to prepare for Covid, I wouldn’t say “midpoint” is all that celebratory

Large number of those “moving” to Florida are snowbirds, not surprising given the now retired Boomer numbers, they stay seven months to get State citizenship, and then book back and forth as they please. Them there gated communities are growing

How could a he lose, he’s gerrymandered the State in his favor and has his election police ready if it were even predicted to be a close election, and he is running now beyond the State of Florida

Then based on that thinking, currently, no one, not one person in America is currently campaigning for the 2024 election, why do you think then DeSantis has already visited Iowa, more than once, plus Nebraska, Kentucky, and several other Midwest States?
