The question as to why the word "international" matters to me? I don't get the question. But I'll try to answer. It matters because internationally we are in this together. What affects others will affect us. And what affects us, will affect others.

Unlike China, these projects will be done transparently and with very high standards. For example, the U.S. government just facilitated a new partnership between two American firms and the government of Angola to invest $2 billion building a significant solar project in Angola.

We all feel the pain from the war in Ukraine. BTW, Republicans voted against stopping the gas price gouging. So they are harming Americans.
