It's a moot issue...there are already 30-50 million illegals (non-citizens) here thanks to Biden's open borders policy.

Biden was not enforcing the lower appellate court ruling that the "remain in Mexico" policy by President Trump was legal.

in short.....the legislature did not require it......thus Trump had the power to do what he did and Biden had the power to do what he did......there is no question that what Trump did was smarter.....but the court does not legislate......that is up to the legislature......

Remain in Mexico isn't a "bad thing." It's a good thing. I'd estimate that 90% + of all asylum applicants would / should be rejected by the US based on their claims alone. In fact, 90%+ could make their application for asylum at the US embassy in their own country without travelling to the US. Yet, they do, particularly now.

Life is dangerous in many Democrat run US cities, so? In fact, many Democrat run cities in the US are more dangerous than the countries most asylum seekers come from. They're also slowly filling up with people that are as economically destitute as those coming from other Third World nations. So, why should be let someone in seeking asylum from violence or economic hardship when they have it better where they were from than they would here if put in one of those fucked up Democrat shit holes of a city?
