The "surprise" witness is Meadow's former Chief of Staff, Cassidy. Security has been tight around her due to threats from the twumptard MAGA crowd.

There are many who don't want her to speak today.

BTW, re: your little "story".... there are different levels of court martial that range from being kicked out of the military, to spending time in the stockade, to an administrative slap on the wrist.

Given the amount of money the military spends on training nuclear personal, if that really even happened, which I have my doubts about, and given the lack of intent to pass the information on to foreign spies, it's likely that his court martial was little more than a warning to never do it again then being returned to duty.

If you want anyone to believe otherwise, provide proof of go fuck yourself. :fu:

I bet Eastman is too, hence his trying to paint the seizure of his data as a flawed execution of the warrant. No doubt the FBI agents recorded the delivery of the warrant and seizure of his phone.

I'm going on watching a video of the incident. Eastman is surrounded by three FBI officers. He asks repeatedly for the warrant. They refuse his request and make him put his hands up. One officer then takes his phone from a case on his belt on his right side, handing it to a second officer. They make him unlock the phone. After all that is done, a fourth officer approaches him and hands him the warrant.
He says he wants to read the warrant, and does.

They served him after doing their search. That makes the search invalid and illegal.


The hyperbolic idiot narrating notwithstanding, shows the video here and it is exactly as I stated it was. Illegal search and seizure.

Republicans had every opportunity to be represented on this committee, but chose not to. However, its ironic that you speak of legality when I think of that administration doing everything they could to over turn the election, and find ballots that never existed.

Wrong. Republicans nominated their choices for the committee, and Pelosi in a breach of over 150 years of House rules refused to seat them. The Republicans then said they refused to replace them because of that breach. Pelosi then selected the two--probably the only two that would participate--Republicans on the committee who just happened to also be the most anti-Trump Republicans in the House.

That's what happened.

Now the real story

There were 5 members of the GOP selected to join the committee. The ruling member declined two of them and then the Republican leader withdrew the other three. That was a huge mistake, which even Trump agreed with.
