I remember two months ago, Conservatives said the SCOTUS leak was the worst thing to ever happen to the country since Biden beat the shit out of Trump in November 2020.

It's been two months...I think we're owed an update on the status from Roberts, aren't we?

Maybe the reason that "investigation" was never heard from again is because Ginni was the leaker.

I suspect you never read the dissent because in it they lay out that the right to privacy is enshrined by the 14th Amendment.

1. This is my OP.

2. We were told, over and over, that the leak of Alito's decision was the greatest assault on liberty and the US since the 2020 election, and that if we don't find who the leaker was, the legitimacy of the court will forever be in doubt.

Now it's been over two months, and we don't even have an update on the investigation? Gee I wonder why...
