Where did she call for an insurrection? I don't think "trying to incite" counts. It has to actually occur--like on January 6.
The Republicans in the Senate voted against the independent commission that would give 5 Democrats and 5 Republicans each chosen by the party leaders. The House passed it by about 75 votes.
