Many who get abortions are members of the working poor. Taking even one day off is a tremendous task, if not impossible for many. Getting transportation out of state breaks an already stretched personal budget and is also untenable for many.

To say "oh, stop whining - just drive to another state" is incredibly tone deaf. It's an elitist POV.

The only silver lining here is the cheap cost of transportation and gas the Biden Admin has given everyone. Right?
