I agree that he should be indicted/charged, and hopefully convicted as well. It's exceedingly hard to prove intent but there appears to be plenty of evidence of that now. We need to send an unambiguous message to all the would-be other #TRE45ONs out there that this nation will not tolerate the flaunting of our Constitution and of our laws.
What makes you think precedent means anything to Donald Trump, or someone like him? It doesn't. This is like the argument over the filibuster; if Dems don't do it, Republicans won't either.
