Should A.G. Garland indict Trump?

They are investigating and I’d like him to be indicted, but it doesn’t mean it’s doable according to the law. I think the DOJ will do the right thing.

I disagree. NOT prosecuting Trump sets the bad precedent. It says 'go ahead and plan a conspiracy to take over the government, we won't do squat'. The only precedent it sets is that if a President breaks the law, he goes to jail. I'm fine with that precedent. The other side can't do much worse than another violent attack on the capitol.

Never thought I'd see the day when people don't care if there is a violent overthrow of the government.

For what? He had no contact with anyone at the Capitol on Jan 6....and his speech was a fairly generic "rah rah!" affair.

Mob bosses don't murder people themselves. They direct it, like twump did. twump ordered a hit on our democracy and on several members of congress. He's going away.
