Justice for Jupiter protest/march in Fargo, ND

Daisy "Jupiter" Paulsen was murdered last year by a "refugee" from Libera, who was imported and placed on the streets of Fargo, ND. The monster spent 20 minutes stabbing and choking her in the alley between buildings in a local strip mall... what a perfect metaphor for America today. Somehow she managed to be spotted and taken to a local hospital where she passed.

The court system is now doing everything in its power to aid and assist the murderer. They are going for an insanity plea with the hopes that deportation will be the final outcome. The judge in this case even threw out one psychiatric report noting the murderer was not insane, demanding a second opinion. He has already been allowed to go back and change his initial guilty plea.

God bless the National Justice Party for bringing attention to this awful injustice. We need more of this in America. Hold those people accountable and demand JUSTICE FOR JUPITER!
 
We could take our country back.

I am not drawn to stories that attempt to tell me what to think about it.

If the guy is insane he is insane. The story sounds like the writer has already formed an opinion about a needed ruling and is trying to convince readers to adopt the same view.

This does the Justice Party no favor.

Justice and revenge are two different things.

It costs 30-40 grand per year to keep somebody locked up. Deportation removes the threat from our society and is more cost effective. Deportation to Liberia may be harsher than a life sentence in the USA. The country is the result of US nation-building. It was formed by racists as a place to try to get rid of ex-slaves and blacks from America. The government is hopelessly corrupt and life there is pretty harsh.

He's claiming mental illness but current reports indicated he's exaggerating his conditions even if he has them. He also admitted to being high on meth the day he attacked Jupiter. Mentally ill people often self-medicate.

The racist fuckwits, Trump traitors/terrorists on this thread are simply trying to ramp up more White Supremacy Extremist support. I hope the FBI tracks down all of these assholes and investigate if they've committed any crimes.

The same evaluation found Kollie was “highly suggestive for malingering,” meaning doctors believe he was exaggerating his mental illness, prosecutor Ryan Younggren said. He suggested Kollie doesn’t have a “fair and just reason” to withdraw his pleas, but simply has realized he could go to prison for the rest of his life.

Life in prison is the maximum sentence for murder. If convicted, Kollie would have to spend at least four years in prison since he allegedly used a weapon in the stabbing.

It's not like spending government money to keep this guy locked up for life is going to bring back the victim.

I'll bow to your expertise since I've never seen it or used it. Not even sure if I ever took amphetamines, prescription or otherwise. A morning coffee and an afternoon Mountain Do or Dr. Pepper usually does it for me for stimulants.

Bear / pepper spray is also "Homeless repellant." Used properly, it removes homeless derelicts and addicts from your area. You apply it liberally to their junk and nesting areas--avoid direct application onto them--and they will find somewhere else to nest and collect junk.
