Quite often building a new building starts with razing an old one on the site. So it is with American education.
Government education has lost sight of its job. US kids are falling behind on Mathematics, Science etc. as the school focus on social engineering. Socal engineering really is the parent's job not government run schools. Government run schools need to stick to teaching Science and the basics. Perhaps if students go to non government run schools they will get the message.
