Unfortunately 62 cases courts refused to hear. The judiciary was terrified of getting involved in another election after the drubbing democrats gave SCOTUS when gore did his hanging chad thing.

I've often wondered how Trump supporters can possibly explain the inability of anyone in the country, not one single lawyer, to make a compelling legal argument that might change the election results. Naturally it has to be based on falsehoods.

Many of the cases were thrown out because they simply lacked merit. Some were heard, but the plaintiff was unable to prove their case. Some of the arguments and evidence presented was so flimsy the lawyers were disciplined for bringing them. There was no there there. Trump lost.

Al Gore did not have the power to change the election results and neither did Mike Pence.

If Al Gore had tried to do it, Republicans would have had a cow, raised monster objection. It would have been a Constitutional crisis.

Al Gore had too much respect for the Constitution to do that. It would be illegal.

Democrats stole the election but it's water under the bridge. We just have to make sure they don't do it again and many states are passing laws to ensure that. Until the next election we'll just have to hunker down and hope America survives Biden -Harris.

LOL. He lost the electoral college, recount after recount he lost again and again in Florida. He kept losing until he ran out of legal means. Certifying that electoral vote must have been difficult, but it was the actual result of the 51 elections held that day. I do respect that he still did his job after that... but it was the result.

This idea that the Electoral College is some soft of mystery is absurd. This is exactly the same as a parliamentary system where the elected representatives vote for a "Prime Minister", the only difference is we elect the same number as the legislative body (plus 3 more for DC from the 23rd Amendment) as the founders didn't want the Executive to be beholden to the legislators. Literally, the Electoral college is the same as the vote for PM by the parliament of England, etc.

This "more votes" crap is pretending that there is only one election rather than 51 elections of which Gore lost the majority.

The reason Gore lost Florida is because Florida illegally refused to count thousands of ballots from black voters.

One Million Black Votes Didn't Count in The 2000 Presidential Election…

Trump will probably end up being indicted on Conspiracy charges now. Probably just get his hands slapped by the Justice Dept.

But, if convicted, he is toast and can't run for public office again!
