Then prove me wrong. I've posted numerous links showing that Congress doesn't have prosecutorial powers and cannot conduct criminal investigations (outside an impeachment). I've shown in links that making evidence public and disseminating it widely can cause it to be disallowed in a trail. What have you shown other than your own ignorance on the subject?
