Political Theater

I don't think you'd like the result of that policy.

I'd be on a lawn chair drinking a beer and eating peanuts while the traitors stand on the gallows.

Where would you be, Sybil? The Rubber Room? Working on your manifesto here?: https://politiplex.freeforums.net/board/19/debunking-signature LOL

This has been argued to no end. All I will add is read FBI director Comey's report to congress he lays out the findings. If you want to white wash his testimony in your liberal mind have a nut.

According to Comey, there are two things that matter in a criminal investigation like this: Did the person being investigated mishandle classified information, and did the person know that what he or she was doing was illegal? "It takes mishandling it and criminal intent," he said.

Hillary knew what she was doing. She can play the dumb blonde, but she did it deliberately.

That doesn't make the classified emails a crime since the law requires that you KNOW the classified information is going to an unauthorized person.

In Clinton's case, the FBI did not find evidence "sufficient to establish" that she knew she was receiving or sending classified information and that it was against the law, Comey said.

Sorry, dude, but you're wrong. Deliberately mishandling classified material is a crime. Hillary committed that crime by using an unsecure server to transmit classified material.

Question: If Hillary had classified material on a personal Blackberry, is that a crime?
Answer: Yes, it is.

Absolutely. She was clearly in violation of laws on how to handle classified material.

I can remember a petty officer being court martialed for taking a reactor plant manual home (those are classified) to study so he could get qualified faster at his job. He had no intention of showing it to anyone or using it otherwise to study and intended to return it to the ship when done. He was court martialed over that.

Another I read about took a few photos of the inside of a nuclear sub without permission (the inside is classified)--as a side note, I was allowed to take photos and make drawings of a specific piece of gear on a nuclear SSBN for the specific purpose of manufacturing new ones, and all that stuff had to be sent to my command from the sub by a secure means and was locked up there when I wasn't using it. Interestingly, the parts involved themselves weren't classified yet, I had to follow those security procedures.
Anyway, the command found out and sent the guy involved to a court martial where his lawyer argued the Hillary defense.

She was fucking guilty as hell over that e-mail server.

Exactly. It was an election year in a narrow election and the decision was made by Obama and Lynch to give Hillary a pass. She deserved a censure at a minimum.

As this thread and others like it prove; most Americans don't know diddly squat about classified material handling.

your points are stupid.

we're still a beacon of freedom.

They certainly programmed you well, AssHat.
Beacon of freedom?
Freedom's just another word for nothing left to lose.
What's important is living well, and Europeans live better than we do....AND they're free.

There's no use to arguing with you, AssHat, because you simply don't understand anything.
You just spew platitudes like a good little drone.
You have the sophistication of a six year old at best.
Did your mom do heavy drugs while carrying you, or did the genetic damage occur generations earlier?

The bill of rights isn't platitudes, dipshit. it means actual stuff, fuckface

You can't deflect to Hillary anymore. She's not running for anything.

You are terrified.

We are loving it.

Be terrified more.

Your fear makes you desperate to talk about anything else. Poor thing.
