You gotta be embarrassed if you are a Trumpper...

I hate to break it to TD, but DOJ IS investigating this. And they are going to start getting to the real players, Rudy, Eastman, Navarro, and of course Trump. A rogues gallery of keystone cops. The level of stupidity required to believe these guys is off the charts.
Garland says his 1/6 crew is paying attention, I’ve always believed they were working their way up, and they may deal with issues, Ginni Thompson, that are too political for the House committee.

Felony obstruction, as usual, is one charge he could face.

“Based on the evidence, the Court finds it more likely than not that President Trump corruptly attempted to obstruct the Joint Session of Congress on January 6, 2021,” U.S. District Court Judge David Carter wrote.“

the most commonly mentioned is 1503
18 USC 1503 is the most common obstruction charge. The statute has two prongs-, one concerning obstruction by attempting to influence jurors or officers in a judicial proceeding; and another that concerns obstruction of the “due administration of justice.”

is that the one you want to run with?......

Today was the first day I heard Rudy was intoxicated when he was the only one who advised Trump to declare victory, that's my favorite thing about todays hearing.

Mine was to learn, as if we didn't know, that he defrauded all of his little devoted supporters by getting them to donate to a defense fund that didn't exist.

Deflection, and we can discuss two things at once. Aren't you embarrassed about your support for the big lie? (try to own up to it without deflection)
No, I don't think Brandon won. There is always massive fraud by the left, but it has to be close to work. That's why it failed in 2016. Brandon couldn't get 30 people to a rally. Zero passion for the man.
