You gotta be embarrassed if you are a Trumpper...

Prove the DOJ isn’t investigating

You prove that they are! I know this from Jamie Raskin and Adam Schiff. Both admitted as much on the Sunday talk show rounds. If you were more informed, I wouldn't have to keep educating you with facts and reality. :palm:

They in fact announced they are investigating the FAKE ELECTORS

LINK mental case. :palm:

That leads right to trump idiot

Nothing leads to Trump mental case. We know this now from the Mueller HOAX, the Ukraine HOAX, the First January 6th HOAX and the current clown show. But alas, you're a mentally unstable, uneducated, low IQ halfwit on steroids. :palm:

LINK to any criminal referrals dumbass.

Nothing dumber than watching a mentally unstable, lying leftist hack pounding his fists on the table demanding we kowtow to their strawmen.
:palm:

On what charges? I'll understand if you cannot name one because there are none and you're nothing more than a triggered lying loon on steroids. :palm:
Felony obstruction, as usual, is one charge he could face.

“Based on the evidence, the Court finds it more likely than not that President Trump corruptly attempted to obstruct the Joint Session of Congress on January 6, 2021,” U.S. District Court Judge David Carter wrote.“

How embarrassed do you have to be today if you believed the Big Lie.

Watch none of them will come on this thread...

The President's own attorney general testified that Trump had lost touch with reality.

My question then wasn't it a dereliction of duty for Barr not to push for a finding of incapacity?

With Trump, there's an ongoing question of whether his worldview is mendacity or insanity. Even on his first day as president, he claimed to have had the biggest inauguration crowd ever, which is a claim only an insane person could have believed, so we just assumed he was lying.... the same way he'd habitually lied about pretty much every business venture in his life, to try to snow the rubes. But there was also the possibility that he'd simply lost touch with reality -- that he wanted to be popular so much that he truly believed he was, and that he'd had a record inauguration crowd, all evidence to the contrary notwithstanding.

Maybe with lifelong con men, the world isn't so binary -- that it's not a question of whether they believe the patently untrue or whether they're lying. Maybe it's all an amorphous thing, where they have spent so long putting no value at all on reality that they don't even stop to think about whether something is true, but just reflexively insist upon whatever assertion would be helpful to them, with the truth or falsehood of the matter never even entering into their mind, as a question too inconsequential to waste mental energy on.

Yes, disrupting the function of government in order to keep yourself in power is pretty much a crime. I figured that out all by myself. TD needs help tying his shoes, so he's too busy for critical thinking.

Hey, TD, it's pants first, then shoes.

Its an interesting concept. I used to work with a lawyer who believed every Personal INjury case was worth a huge amount of money. A huge winner.

One day, I presented him with the negatives to a case and showing him how we could lose, what we should prepare to counter, and why we should consider settling for the generous offer we had gotten to settle. The guy was incensed. He angrily freaked out on me. I started making plans that day to leave our partnership.

That client went with my partner because he assured him big money. The firm put about $50,000 into the case and lost at trial, I had already left the firm.

Rudy the Drunk helped fuel his beliefs…

Obstruction of what? Cite the statue and evidence. :palm:

There is no evidence of this. It's laughably absurd which is why after a 500 day investigation by the Democrats partisan hearing, there are ZERO criminal referrals and the DOJ isn't even investigating this. Getting your news from Politico makes you look stupid. :palm:

I have not seen the evidence that the judge or the committed has seen, but I feel if a judge says there’s a there there after viewing part of the evidence, then he knows better than yourself.

It's minority view from fools, idiots, despots and dictators. For anyone with even half a brain, such claims are moronic.

However, I get why you foolishly bloviate such bullshit because you support a guy who is all that and more. Everything you hacks claimed about Trump, Biden is.
:palm:

Another O M G moment from a leftist douchebag.

But there was also the possibility that he'd simply lost touch with reality -- that he wanted to be popular so much that he truly believed he was, and that he'd had a record inauguration crowd, all evidence to the contrary notwithstanding.

You just described leftists and Jow Biden. :palm:

Maybe with lifelong con men, the world isn't so binary -- that it's not a question of whether they believe the patently untrue or whether they're lying.

We call them leftists, Socialists and Marxists.

We have just seen an excellent example of projection from the forums most uneducated leftist hack. Bravo! Bravo!

Yes, disrupting the function of government in order to keep yourself in power is pretty much a crime.

....and those who did that were arrested. Try to be less stupid and dishonest. :palm:

I figured that out all by myself. TD needs help tying his shoes, so he's too busy for critical thinking.

More irony and projection; douchebag thinks he knows critical thinking. :palm:

Hey, TD, it's pants first, then shoes.

Your childlike attempts at humor noted, it's rather ironic when someone so woefully stupid and uneducated presumes to make fun of others far above their intellect. :palm:

Off topic anecdotal bullshit. But I can understand why leftist liars would deflect away from the topic and spam this thread with nonsense. :palm:

Bawahahaha, last sentence is pure projection.

I have not seen the evidence that the judge or the committed has seen,

And yet, you made the false claim. The reason you haven't seen the evidence is because there is none. There is no judge in this case. It has not been referred to the DOJ due to a complete and utter lack of factual evidence to support the shrill, moronic claims. :palm:

but I feel if a judge says there’s a there there after viewing part of the evidence, then he knows better than yourself.

What judge has claimed there is a there, there when there is no evidence of a crime? LINK? I'd like to see who this idiot is? :palm:
