Biden was not the President. There was no victor. The election faulted due to election fraud by Democrats. The only treason has been by Democrats.

The definition of democracy has not changed. The United States was never a democracy.

Who cares? It won't change the outcome in November. If they nail Trump entirely, it makes ZERO difference. If they fail to get Trump, it makes ZERO difference. Since that's all they're doing anyway, it's just a waste of political capital on a nothing burger.

The Democrats should be focused on fixing problems that voters are going to vote their asses out of office for, like the Southern border, inflation, gas prices, shortages of goods, forced union membership, taxes, housing shortages, and the like. NOBODY but politicians on the Left give a flying fuck about what happens to Trump.

As but one example, look at Liz Cheney. She's about 30 points behind her Republican opponent in her race in the Wyoming primaries. People in that state say she's spending all her time in DC on DC politics rather than fixing their problems. She's gone come November and she's doing most of that to herself. That's just one example of many.

I don't need to. I learned decades ago in college you can tell Leftists to their face how they're fucking things up and provide a mountain of solid proof of it. They'll tell you you're wrong. I particularly debate the energy issue a lot. I can prove how insane solar and wind are as solutions if you want reasonably priced energy that's carbon free and how nuclear is the solution. A Leftist will almost throw a tantrum about how I'm wrong even as they don't and can't provide a single literate piece of scientific or engineering data to back up anything they say. For them, I'm wrong, and that's that. It's the response of a five-year-old.

Some of the amendments were helpful but the primary articles are pure shit.
Modern parliamentary democracies leave us in the dust in terms of social modernity.

We're a primitive example of a democratic republic that is no longer even minimally functional...unless one has awfully low standards.

It wasn't Kabuki theater, it was more a mix of Kafka and Stalin.

In a show trial, the defense isn't allowed to call witnesses or adequately mount a defense. With Kafka and Stalin, the verdict is predetermined, the only thing on the table is the process to get there. The Jan 6 committee in that show presented their cherry picked facts and evidence but there was no defense present. None of those trotted out, or put on video were faced with some sort of rebuttal or adversary questioning. Not a second of that.

Nor were there any rules of evidence, any presentation by a defense or advocate of those implicated. Instead, just one side presented exactly what they wanted to present, be it out of context or a sound bite (note most of the "evidence" came in 15 second or less video clips).


Instead, like in Stalin or Kafka, the persecution presented their evidence, declared the defendant(s) guilty, and moved straight to calling for a verdict.

If Trump wants to be sworn in and offer a defense under oath, I'd be all for that. It's absurd that he's never been questioned under oath.
