If you send me an email that has classified information I am not the one that broke the law. In fact, I couldn't be charged with any crimes since I didn't knowingly remove the classified information from its rightful place or give it to unauthorized persons. I couldn't even be charged with gross negligence. The only way I could be charged is if you have clearly informed me that what you sent me is classified. Just because you know it is classified when you sent it doesn't mean I know when I receive it.
You think you know stuff, but you clearly don't. The law requires that to prove guilt you have to prove intent on the part of the person that has the classified information. Simply having the classified information is not a crime unless and until you can show actual intent. The reason Hillary was not charged is that the requirement under the law was not possible to prove based on the evidence.
