I know. The parents were braver than the cops. Holy cow what a shitstorm Texas has created, and then the demons went on with that NRA convention. It has not slipped my mind some of the cops were also tasing and handcuffing some of the parents trying to get to their kids.

And please - 911 calls were coming from inside the classroom, the cops heard gunshots and babies screaming. The cops KNEW the kids were alive in there. The kids parents just weren't white or rich enough or have enough political connections for their kids little lives to matter. So the cops knew there would be little blowback on them just to sit there an wait until the shooting and screaming stopped. The asshole commander, just sworn into the Uvalde city counsel - he's enemy #1 in America right now.
