Of course there isn’t, DeSantis knew the Special Olympics didn’t have the ability to fight him, that’s what bullies do, pick on the targets they know can’t fight back, too bad those attending, who statistically suffer a greater chance of falling victim to Covid, are the ones losing so Ronnie can proceed with his political ambitions

Every business and private organization would be wise to steer clear of Florida, right now, to the maximum practical extent. Trying to do business in the state just opens you up to becoming a prop in DeSantis's political theater, as he focuses on trying to woo the Trumpsters from Trump, so he can win the presidential nomination. It's just not worth it. There are plenty of other places to do business, where governors are focused on governing well, rather than posturing for the imbeciles.

I just hope those who didn't think they were going to be able to attend can get it in gear and make it there...It's an amazing opportunity for everyone involved...

It really gives you a feel for who this guy was as a kid. He was the thug who'd bully the mentally handicapped classmate in order to become more popular with his fellow sociopaths.

I just hope that those who thought they'd be able to attend, only to find at the last minute that the risk is too great because the vaccine mandate they were counting on has been stripped away, aren't too disappointed.

The people who run the Special Olympics were going to exclude athletes and spectators who were unvaccinated. That would have violated Florida law. Do you think it's ok to exclude Special Olympians from competition over vaccination status, Anchovies?

I don’t think so, rather, he was the guy who was always left out cause he was an asshole, always looking for a way to get back, and now he found his niche, right wing politics, demagoguing regardless of consequences, and, just like Trump, he is good at

They did for the safety of the participants, and don’t be so naive, DeSantis didn’t give a rats ass over them or the law, rather he saw it as an opportunity to grab the headlines again with his pursuit of the culture laws, same as Disney and Rays

Why would I ask for your advice, and I am just pointing out what a pimp DeSantis is, using the divisions within the country to promote himself

And the chance of catching me in Orlando, or even anywhere in Florida, are next to nil, ain’t into strip malls, chain stores, boulevards, humidity, and flat terrain, life is too short
