Uh, yes it is on topic,as it shoots down your entire premise, and auto manufacturers are only sued if their product is DEFECTIVE, not over the actions of someone misusing them.


It's ridiculous how leftists blame the weapons used by criminals on one hand, while practicing no-bail, refusal to prosecute, early release of violent criminals on the other.

Again, just not getting it, autos are made for transportation, guns are made for killing, especially semiautomatic guns, that is their reason for being, the two aren’t comparable, and as much as you bloviate, the Sandy Hook parents prove you wrong

A considerable percentage of those big city homicides you love to stereotype would decrease if the public or private gun dealer who sold straw purchases suddenly was held accountable financially

more often they are not enforced.
