I think people like zymrgy idoliize these shooters. They wish they had the guts to murder people, and when we have a problem with it, their fall-back is to taunt normal people. It's a sickness. Zydolmergy or whatever the fuckers' name is going to be a "ban" on my next thread. I just saw we can do this and I banned guile, smarternotthananyone and a couple of other evil trolls.

Disband Andy and Barney in Mayberry? Using the links below, I'm guessing Uvalde has a 25-person police force with five officers on duty at any one time...in a "border town" an hour from the US-Mexican border and about 80 minutes west of San Antonio. Even if the pay was the finest in the world, and both you and I know it isn't, getting better police, better teachers, better leaders to go to a small town in West Texas would be problematic.

While I like small, rural towns, most Americans don't. This problem is more complex than canning Andy and Barney and passing "feel good" laws that give people a false sense of security.

Even if ARs are banned, the Uvalde nutjob could have murdered just as many people using handguns as the Virginia Tech murder did in 2007. Consider that the VT murderer massacred 32 adults, not 10 year old kids. Lurch is a highly sensitive, highly emotional person but I'm guessing the only minority in which he associates is the one of sexual preference and activities.

I'd bet money we'd more likely to see him at the head of a Gay Rights parade flaunting his assets than in a BLM protest...not that there's anything wrong with that.
