It might take a Republican politician's kid getting their head blown off so badly they can't ID them, like those poor folks in Uvalde before any change in their evil begins. We can't wait for that to happen though.. also I'm not thrilled about ANY kids getting slaughtered, even those of cynical Republican officials like Abbott.

We need to take all state houses, increase our number in congress, expel Manchin and Sinema to the Republican party and then we can start to repair the damage the evil Republicans have done.

I am such a fan of Beto now. I wasn't before - he lost to Ted fucking Cruz. But he won me back this week.
 
We keep coming back to the reality that Republicans are barely able to hold on to Texas, even though there are parts of Texas that are 90+% Republican. There must be a lot of Texas that is not Republican to even that out. Hispanics, Blacks, and well educated urban whites are not voting for Republicans, no matter how much Republicans want to pretend they are. Worse yet, some suburban whites are beginning to question the Republicans more fanatical positions.
