Last month, Beck referred to OMB Director Peter Orszag, who is Senate-confirmed, as a “czar.” He later acknowledged his mistake after he was called out on it.

Many of the positions he refers to as czars are actually long-standing positions.

Additionally, in Beck’s infamous photo gallery of "czars", he includes Elizabeth Warren, who in her position as chair of a Congressional oversight panel, works for Congress, not the White House.

Beck also includes Cass Sunstein, who cruised through his confirmation hearing for his nomination to head the Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs, but his final confirmation is being held up by Senate Republicans.

we are talking about Holdren, and he has not been confirmed by the Congress..he is a appointed Czar by the Hugo...sheesh can ya stay on topic...:pke:

There's more to american free market capitalism that just using market forces. When you have seized control of market forces by collapsing the economy and then decisively bailing out friends, family, and fellow ideologues, that capitalism has effectively become fascism. Defacto Fascism.


The American Progressive movement has been fascism from it's very inception.

Our nation is very far off course.

Holdren was confirmed by the Senate on March 19, 2009.
 
Ok I admit I was wrong about Holdren being confirmed..does the fact make him any less a nutjob...NO, so we will keep a eye out on him...
