Much of America's attitude towards guns is controlled by the NRA. How a well regulated militia became an American commandment and symbol of freedom is an example of brain washing at a high level. where were the teachers and staff who should have handled this bullying and speech impediment issue? As a child, I had a speech impediment.........I was given speech therapy. As a child, I was bullied..........haven't shot up any schoolkids............

One thing that wasn't around in the 70 80s was kids on crazy meds....now we start them on um at age 4 or so and in 12 years they are Zombies with no feelings etc

As one who works with the police and personally has gone through many scenarios of shooters entering our facility as well as schools, this problem will not go away ever. It can be easily held to an absolute minimum by hardening our schools. In May 1974 Israel had a terrible school shooting by a group of Palestinians that resulted in the deaths of 31 people. Unlike the American left, the Isalries didn't blame the guns or mental illness, bullying, or Donald Trump, they blamed themselves for not making their schools safer. They immediately began hardening their schools and they have a school safety record that is second to none. Their requirement needs ar a bit different due to the potential of firebombs but basically two rows of widely spaced fences everyone passes through one door past a bomb sniffing canine and a soldier armed with a full auto rifle. School shooting problem solved as well as school discipline.
Instead of burning our taxpayer dollars by giving them away to foreign countries or useless government studies,
HARDEN OUR SCHOOLS.

Exactly. Rw zealots like rock won't ever face the truth. To Vols.. guns are his last defense against "the others"... you know.. "the others". People who look different, speak differently that he does. He's terrified of anyone not white or Christian.

The other thing Volsrock likes, is that when he waves his little gun around it's a replacement for his microscopic junk. That's his other problem.

The reason for shootings such as this is unrestricted access to military style weapons to all Americans 18 and up. Full stop.
