:laugh: Now show me a state where a governor has said he/she will enact a law that prevents a resident from traveling to get an abortion. Nice try though. Why don't you just admit you lied. It sounds like some radical state congressman proposed a bill and it got swatted down and you far lefties are breathlessly lying about it to gin up people. It isn't ever going to pass and no governor is ever going to support it. Stop being hyperbolic . :laugh:

I don't know of a single state that doesn't allow that. But if the baby had reached the age of viability doctors would just deliver the baby to save the mother's life and not necessarily abort the baby. They do it all the time with eclampsia. So Dr. Jarod do you think Oregon and Vermont will suddenly make their abortion laws MORE restrictive because currently they don't restrict abortion due to the age gestational age of the baby. I'll await your answer.

Yes some governors said that once R v W is overturned, they will make it a felony for BOTH women and their doctors to have abortions. Also they will make it illegal for pregnant women to cross the state line to get an abortion.

Oklahoma is an example. The feds tried to pass it, but every Republicans voted no. They called it partial birth abortion.

The Oklahoma Legislature passed a bill that would ban abortion at conception, making it the most restrictive abortion ban in the country if it goes into effect.

There are exceptions in cases of saving the life of the mother, rape or incest.
