President Joe Biden has yet to comment at press time on the specifics of a mass shooting in California this weekend that law enforcement officials said was motivated by hate against the country of Taiwan as he prepares to leave Thursday for a trip to Asia.

David Chou (Chou Wenwei), 68, an American born in Taiwan and later identified as a member of a Chinese Communist Party umbrella organization, allegedly chained shut the doors of the Geneva Presbyterian Church in Laguna Woods, California, and opened fire on a group of Taiwanese congregants during a luncheon to honor a pastor.

Nor did the NYC Subway killer who was a black racist. Biden didnt even say a word about it..

Biden also didn't talk about 1,000 other shootings where 1 person died.

Guns and hate crimes are not a big deal unless it kills more than one person during the mass shooting attempt and the shooter is white


Zimmerman killed just one person...Obama spoke about it

The thing to keep in mind is that the US is an ultra-violent nation.... especially in the wake of the 2020 Trump Murder Surge, we see 50+ Americans murdered per day. If the president commented on every event where a single person was murdered, he'd be spending a whole lot of his time doing that. So, generally someone needs to kill more than one person at a time to show up on that radar. Ten murders, such as what the white supremacist did in Buffalo, is likely to get presidential mention, but a single isolated one isn't.

And blacks commit over 50% of those murders.....buy yet black males 15 to 45 are just 4 % of the population

The point isn't that one-off killings are no big deal. The point is simply that they're so incredibly common that no president has ever had a pattern of commenting on even a substantial minority of those. One off murders are happening at a pace of over two per hour in this country, so naturally the vast majority of them fly under the radar when it comes to national attention.
