8th Graders Charged with Sexual Harassment for Misgendering

People are entitled to equal opportunity and equal status under the law.

They will never be entitled to go through life never feeling uncomfortable or offended.

The only way to achieve that is to give everybody an entire personal world of his or her own--a nice thought but pretty hard to do.

The proper use of language and grammar should determine the use of pronouns and NOTHING ELSE. That "nothing" includes the feelings of snowflakes.

"Woke" pronoun use is grammatically incorrect and clearly identifies the user as being socially deficient.
I feel very strongly about this.

Nope that's exactly what they did, no matter how many times you give the non-rebuttal of "nuh uh" forcing someone to use your preferred pronouns or use a new name to affirm your mental delusion and punishing those who refuse is compelled speech and to assert that they will be able to not ever have to address this person by their pronoun or fake name in a classroom setting is preposterous, as if compelled silence would be any better to begin with.
