Durham juror (Sussman case) "hates Trump"

anatta

100% recycled karma
seated the jury today - DC court
1. juror said he "hates trump"
2. other juror is "big contributior" to DNC
3. both are government workers

so they feed lies, cover up their identity, alter Emails, hide the money flow
and when Durham FINALLY gets an indictment - the jurors are heavily biased against Trump

Is Trump on trial in the Sussman case?

Is Trump on trial in the Sussman case?
do you think "hating" the subject of Sussman's activities allows a juror to make an unbiased verdict?
Thats the quote as far as I know -the term "hate"

How about one that gives heavily to the DNC being as this trial is in DC and is intertwined with partisan politics?

The only thing I can think of is DC residents are so brainwashed this is better then the one's rejected.

They need to be removed from the jury.

Sussmann is charged with lying to the FBI. He is not charged with hating Trump or any activity that Trump was subject to. Sussmann is not charged with any political crime. In fact the judge has said that much of the "conspiracy" can't be introduced into the trial since Durham didn't charge Sussmann with any crime like that.

They need to be removed from the jury.
need some details
usuallly in a trial a prosecutor and defense atty. have the ability to "strike" a certain number of jurors for being unfit ( in their eyes)

I can only think that doesnt apply (unlikely) or Durham had to use presumptive strikes on even worse picks

Everyone hates Trump. Properly so.
No just those that love Biden. And we see where that got us. Inflation, Americans trapped in Afghanistan, Record high cost of gasoline, loss of energy independence, more COVID deaths under Biden than Trump, NK shooting off ICBMs , Russia invading Ukraine, Russia threating nukes, Baby formula shortage.

What a MORONIC, ASININE POST.

The "RUSSIA LIES" issue ( what the Sussman trial is about) clearly has nothing to do with Trump, right, Stupidfuck?

Now, post a bunch of irrelevant, obtuse bullshit....

ROFLMAO. Durham's case is so weak, the only argument you can make is that the jury is suspect.

Speaking of irrelevant, obtuse bullshit. I have bothered to read most of the court filings. Have you? My guess is you don't know your ass from the hole in your head.

Trump is not on trial. Whether a juror hates Trump doesn't matter since the juror's only responsibility is to listen to the evidence and decide if Sussmann lied to the FBI about whether he had a client or not. Durham is vague about who this supposed client is.

:rofl2: He was lying to the FBI about who he was working for when he lied to the FBI about Trump.

Hint - Durham didn't strike anyone from the jury.

Durham is not the lawyer in the courtroom. But leave it to you idiots to not even know the basics about the case.

some of the Emails cant be introduced but Sussman charges clearly have a political motive to them.
And yes there are no conspiracy charges here

But Sussmans motive was to mislead the FBI regarding Trumps ( never happened) activities
tied to Russia
"Hating" (word used in the report)Trump is clearly biased towards overlooking Sussman's guilt
and letting him off due to overwhelming prejudice against the target of his misrepresentation to the FBI

Clearly if Durham had presumptive strikes against sitting any juror these 2 would be unfit to serve
(in his POV)
Perhaps Durham had to use strikes on other more grievous bias?
Or maybe Durham doesnt get those.. this I dont know

I do know the jury pool is tainted and expect no convictions - my opinion
