Stone is right, I was wrong on that one detail. I had originally said he did not own a penthouse, but discovered my mistake, and edited it out. Unfortunately, I left a bit of former idea in there.

I am man enough to admit when I am wrong, which makes me rather unique in this forum.

In fairness, Michels has about half his wealth tied up in NYC area real estate. That is unusual, especially given that it is not income generating assets. Basically, he is depending on half his wealth to support his real estate.

Hey, it is his inherited money, he can do whatever he wants with it.
