one of the people shot was a retired police officer......its a pity he wasn't allowed to carry a weapon in Buffalo.......

Wait a minute, you are now telling us some schmuck who carries is comparable to a Navy Seal or local police SWAT team member? Sure those individuals are trained, heavily trained, and usual people with existing experience before they even enter the training, and what they go thru ain't the local gun range's "combat skills course"

Forget about the guns related crap, been there, done that

And yeah, the guy who wastes time and money to pay to take a "combat skills course" is one who needs a life. All the training the average packer can get at his local range is not going to prepare him for the unexpected and spontaneous

Immediately after the shooting, Braedyn Kaphart and Shayne Hill said they came almost face to face with the shooter as they were turning their Equinox into a parking space in the Tops parking lot.

Kaphart described him as a while male in his late teens or early 20s with dirty blonde hair.

"He was standing there in his military gear with his weapon to his chin, looking like he was going to blow his head off," Kaphart said. "We weren't sure what was happening. As he continued to do that, he dropped to his knees still appearing as if he might shoot himself."

Kaphart said she then looked away.

"I turned my head and back around as the police were telling us to get back in our cars," she said.

When Kaphart looked back, she said it appeared police officers had tackled and apprehended the man. They watched as he was put in a police vehicle and taken away.

With a GDP higher than six States something good is happening in Rochester, not many cities of equal size that can match that figure

Problem with you wingers you think every metro area is demarcated by political lines, Rochester, NY has some of the richest suburbs, average yearly income is above $85,000, and the people that live there, like most regions, surely identify themselves as Rochestorians. If you don't know cities, and are affraid of cities, they are always going to look like shitholes to you
