It is important to remember that the Indian plan is the same one the Russians once had, to play the West and China off each other so that they can get the best deal. We of course gave the Russians no option but to throw in with the Chinese as Junior partners, and it sure looks to me like India is rapidly coming to the conclusion that the West is so rotted out, and it is so certain that the Empire will win and rapidly, that they also must abandon the plan.
